MIND ~ MOVEMENT ~ BREATH
In yoga, we combine breath with movement. We work our strength, focus, balance and flexibility through various asana (postures). This practice allows you to check in, pause and connect to the present moment. This is where my own fascination with the practice began. The feeling of breathing, moving and pausing, to notice all that's around and within you.
The practice begins with you on your mat, but it extends far beyond its edges. You grow in the practice and the practice grows in you. Trust the process, keep an open mind and see where the practice takes you.
